Marla Amps is a beacon of light to all gigging musicians that want quality, American Made amplifiers, at a "big-brand" overseas price. My amps are geared towards the musician who wants an alternative to overseas built products. Every amp is handcrafted here in NC. I use industry standard components and I truly care about each musician's legacy that my amp can contribute to. I use the term "handcrafted" vs boutique for my amps. To me, a boutique company builds amps pursuing the idea of the perfect amp; something that can hang on a wall beside the Mona Lisa when it's not being gigged. However, I build with the concept of marrying the perfect price point, long lasting components, and a great sonic platform for musicians to build a signature sound from. The end result is a gig-worthy, timeless tool for musicians.
